This privacy statement applies to all information which is collected or used by Stichting Liliane Fonds. Stichting Liliane Fonds only stores data for as long as required and never longer than is legally allowed. How long data is stored depends on the nature of the data and the means to which it is processed. The retention period for data depends on the purpose for which they were collected.
Data of supported children
The personal data of the children supported in Asia, Africa and Latin-America are locally managed. Some data is entered into the Dutch database, which is protected under Liliane Fonds security protocol as well as processing agreements between us and our supply chain.
This data is used for child stories, justifications towards our donors, newsletters and media campaigns. In these situations we will ask for permission from the parents/caretakers of said children. Agreements on this matter have been reached between Liliane Fonds and our partners in relevant countries.
Complaint or objection
Complaints can be submitted both verbally and in writing. An objection must at all times be submitted in writing. Written complaints and objections can be submitted to Stichting Liliane Fonds, Havensingel 26, 5211 TX ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands or voorlichting@lilianefonds.nl (for complaints from the Netherlands and Belgium) or info@lilianefonds.nl (complaints from other countries).
